Job Description
- We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management.
- The ideal candidate will drive, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
- Drive senior management staff
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action points.
- Assist with office administration and daily operations.
- Run official errands when required.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- 0 – 1 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
