We are currently seeking to employ a recovery teamlead to coordinate activities of staff members to ensure smooth and efficient department that reduces the number of cases that are overlooked.
Responsibilities
· Manage and control collection on all NPL and written off accounts on a month-to-month basis to ensure 100% achievement of agreed Recovery benchmark.
· Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed.
· Create and implement strategies to increase and sustain the M-O-M performance of the Recovery team
· Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the Recovery department to ensure enough staff members are available to handle the workload.
Requirements
HND or BSc in any relevant field
· 2 years and above experience working in Recoveries function; credit risk function experience would be advantageous
Preferred:
· Understanding / working knowledge of a collections/recovery system
· Excellent skills in Microsoft office
