Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
- Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and clinical solutions within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training sessions for customers.
- Provide consultative support to clients by understanding their clinical and operational needs.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing agreements, and sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and professional events.
- Drive customer retention and long-term account growth through consistent engagement and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–7 years’ experience in healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment sales.
- Prior experience within the dental industry is highly preferred.
- Background as a Dental Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Treatment Coordinator, or Clinical Support Professional is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of dental products, clinical workflows, and dental practice operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories nationwide.
- Highly motivated, commercially aware, and results-oriented.
