- Manage recruitment, hiring, and trainng processes
- Maintain staff records and oversee payroll system
- Address employee relations and resolve conflicts
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Human Resource Management or related fields with a minimum of 7 years experience
- Professional HR certification (CIPM) is an advantage technical problems quickly
