Community Liason Officer

Build and maintain positive relationships with host communities, local leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Act as the company's primary point of contact for community-related matters. Communicate project plans, schedules, and activities to community stakeholders. Address community concerns, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally. Facilitate dialogue between the company and community representatives to resolve issues amicably. Coordinate community engagement meetings, consultations, and awareness campaigns. Support the planning and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community development programs. Monitor community sentiments and identify potential risks that could affect project operations. Prepare reports on community engagement activities, grievances, resolutions, and stakeholder interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and social performance standards. Work closely with project managers, HSE personnel, security teams, and contractors to support smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of stakeholder engagements and community agreements. Represent the company at community events, meetings, and public forums as required.
