Operations Manager
West Side Beach Resort & Hotel
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Improve operational systems, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and implement best practices.
- Financial Management: Develop budgets, forecast financial needs, and track expenses to increase profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff while tracking performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Resource Allocation: Oversee inventory, coordinate supply chains, and purchase materials cost-effectively.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure company operations follow local laws, safety protocols, and internal quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience:10 to 15 years of proven success in a management or supervisory role.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, budgeting, conflict resolution, data analysis, and proficiency in business productivity software.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
