SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE
Location: Awka, Owerri, Festac, Ajah, Lekki, Port-Harcourt Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets across our branches. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales of lands, apartments, and other real estate offerings.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales executives to improve their performance.
- Follow up on leads and ensure effective conversion from prospect to client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide management with updates on team performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to support sales growth.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure a smooth sales and documentation process.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in a sales management or team-leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, manage, and motivate a sales team.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, confident, and highly driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field is an advantage.
