Operations Manager

1. Oversee daily facility opening, site readiness, security personnel schedules, and basic utility management (power, generators, inverters, fuel/diesel supply, and Wi-Fi connectivity) prior to general staff resumption.
   

2. Serve as the central operational link between customer service, sales, inventory, and factory production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and scheduling.
   

3. Coordinate daily business flows, site assessments, and administrative logistics, serving as an operational proxy when executive leadership is unavailable.
   

4. Compile, synthesize, and submit comprehensive daily operational reports to the management, capturing site visits, production progress, and resource utilization.
   

5. Monitor operational device usage, linked WhatsApp communication setups, and digital workflow tools to ensure seamless daily connectivity across states.
   

6. Supervise inventory movements, office assistants, logistics officers, and facility maintenance tasks to prevent resource shortages or operational downtime.
   

7. Implement operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure production coordination and material sourcing occur strictly within defined guidelines.
   

8. Work closely with the MD to receive supervisory guidance, ensure budget alignment, and maintain stability across all business units.
   

Requirements

2. Outstanding report-writing and analytical skills, with mastery in synthesizing daily operational data into actionable management briefs.
   

3. Highly tech-savvy, with hands-on proficiency in digital management tools, multi-device setups, messaging integrations, inventory software, and spreadsheets.
   

4. Proven capability to oversee physical facilities, site utility infrastructure (generators, inverters, power setups), security personnel, and basic vendor sourcing.
   

5. Strong interpersonal and team-coordination skills, with the ability to interface effectively between executive officers, administrative staff, and factory/depot workers.
