Business Operations Manager (Digital Business)

Job Summary
- Honeytreat Global Services Limited (HGSL) is seeking a commercially driven, digitally savvy, and innovative professional to join our team.
- This is more than an operations role. We need someone who understands digital business, speaks the language of the digital space, and can turn digital innovation into business value.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Business Operations, Digital Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Tech Operations, or related fields
- Strong Digital Acumen and understanding of digital business models, trends, technologies, and platforms
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new digital innovations and technologies
- Knowledge of digital marketing, online sales, CRM, analytics, automation, AI, and digital customer journeys
- Strong commercial, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to identify digital opportunities and translate them into revenue, efficiency, and business growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Someone who understands both business and digital, stays curious about emerging innovations, and can confidently ask: How can this create value for our business?
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
