Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
• In this role, you willmanage customer enquiries across multiple channels, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide front desk support, and ensure every customer and guest has a professional and positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests at the front desk.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate when necessary.
• Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and front desk activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• A professional appearance and customer-first attitude.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
