Sales Manager - Oil & Gas (Nigerian or Expat)

Description
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving business growth within Nigeria's oil & gas industry.
- This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong technical knowledge of piping products and established relationships with EPC contractors, fabricators, and major industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across EPC projects, MRO, stock sales, and flowline requirements.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, fabricators, and industry partners.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and tender evaluation to contract negotiation and project execution.
- Prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely bid submissions.
- Monitor project execution, delivery schedules, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends and emerging opportunities within the Nigerian oil & gas sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' sales experience in the oil & gas piping industry.
- Demonstrated success managing the Nigerian market and selling to EPC contractors and industrial clients.
- Strong technical understanding of process piping systems and associated products.
- Excellent negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex technical sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
