About the Role
- We are recruiting Retail Sales Executives for a leading commercial bank.
- This role is ideal for ambitious, target-driven professionals passionate about sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and promoting the bank's retail banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank.
- Drive sales of retail banking products, including savings and current accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through field marketing and other sales initiatives.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed on the bank's products, services, and market trends.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in any discipline.
- NYSC completion is mandatory.
- Previous sales experience in banking, financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
