Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Oil &Gas company seeking a competent, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join its operations team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an organization's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth.
The Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and follower growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and content creation skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
