Social Media Manager

Job Summary

• Pack'N'Pay is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our B2C digital presence across all key online platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media communities, executing email marketing campaigns, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and driving measurable growth in brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands digital trends, creates compelling content, and can turn creative ideas into business results.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Develop and publish engaging, brand-aligned content for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create high-quality videos, graphics, reels, stories, and written content tailored to each audience and platform.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels while optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.

Email Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the customer email database.
• Segment audiences to improve campaign relevance, customer engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Engagement & Community Building:

• Manage and grow Pack'N'Pay (B2C)'s online communities by responding promptly to comments, messages, and enquiries.
• Build meaningful customer relationships through regular engagement and interactive content.
• Support customer experience by addressing customer feedback and escalating issues where necessary.
• Identify and engage influencers, content creators, and strategic partners that align with the Pack'N'Pay brand.

Analytics & Performance:

• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, email performance, website traffic, and conversions.
• Track digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to improve performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimize content and campaigns using data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Campaign Support:

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Provide live digital coverage during company events through photos, videos, stories, and live streaming.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns that increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong content creation skills, including graphics, video editing, and copywriting.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns and email marketing platforms.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, digital trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid advertising is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
