Business Development Manager

Job Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven 2-5 years experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
What We Offer
N250,000 / Month plus performance-based commission, and apercentage of revenue generated.
