CCTV & IT Support Assistant
Custom Gifts and Designs (2 Openings)
Job Summary
- Custom Gifts & Designs (CGD) is looking for 2 responsible and technically inclined individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Maintain CCTV logbooks and incident records.
- Keep CCTV drives and security records safe.
- Assist with basic CCTV equipment troubleshooting.
- Provide basic IT support to staff.
- Assist with computers, printers, internet/network connectivity, and other office devices.
- Report technical faults to Management.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage, passwords, and company information.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: SSCE with at least 2 years' experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems and IT troubleshooting.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, alert, and trustworthy.
- Previous CCTV or IT support experience is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- N100,000 Monthly.
- HMO.
