We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team and support the financial operations of the Group. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation across the business. Record and track income, expenses, invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and other financial transactions. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment schedules, expense reports, and financial summaries. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding client payments. Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning. Reconcile bank transactions and company records. Maintain proper documentation for purchases, expenses, vendor payments, and project-related costs. Support financial reporting across the different business units and projects. Work closely with the management, operations, project, rentals, academy, and administrative teams. Ensure that financial records are properly organized and readily accessible. Assist with payroll and other accounting-related administrative processes where required. Identify discrepancies, financial risks, or process gaps and bring them to management's attention. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant professional accounting qualification or certification is an advantage. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with accounting software is a must. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects, transactions, and deadlines. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams. Experience in a project-based, construction, design, events, rentals, or multi-business environment is an advantage. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is analytical, trustworthy, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where financial activities may span multiple projects and business units.
