Project Engineer and Consulting

Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos, Nigeria | Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a competent and motivated Engineer to join our engineering consulting and project management team in Lekki Phase One, Lagos. The successful candidate will support engineering design, technical documentation, project coordination, site-related activities and client deliverables across a range of engineering and construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering design, drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
• Prepare, review and update engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Support project planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Participate in site inspections, technical meetings and project progress assessments as required.
• Review technical information and help ensure project deliverables meet applicable standards and client requirements.
• Prepare professional reports, correspondence, schedules, presentations and other project documentation.
• Identify technical issues and support the team in developing practical engineering solutions.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering background is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering, consulting, construction or project-related work experience.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, with the ability to produce and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
