Store Inventory Library Officer

Our organization is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Inventory Library Officer to oversee the integrity and standardization of the ERP Master Item Library. The successful candidate will ensure all inventory records are accurate, properly classified, and technically compliant, enabling efficient procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and administer the ERP Stock Item Library. Create and approve new inventory items. Classify inventory into standardized categories. Maintain consistent Units of Measure (UoM). Perform data cleansing and remove duplicate or obsolete records. Standardize inventory descriptions using approved naming conventions. Validate technical specifications with project engineers and procurement teams. Upload supporting technical documents, specifications, and drawings where required. Perform routine audits to maintain master data quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management2, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Management, or related field. Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is an added advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP Master Data Management, Inventory Control, or Technical Cataloguing. Experience in construction, civil engineering, MEP contracting, or manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong ERP knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
