Role Overview
- We are looking for a talented Motion & Brand Designer to help shape and elevate our brand across digital and physical touchpoints.
- This role combines strategic brand thinking with motion design expertise to create compelling visual experiences that engage audiences and strengthen brand recognition.
- You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop assets that are both visually impactful and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design & Identity:
- Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and visual guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and create high-quality marketing materials for web, social media, presentations, events, and print.
Motion Design & Animation:
- Create motion graphics, animated assets, and video content for campaigns, social media, product launches, and other brand initiatives.
- Produce engaging animations that communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate with video editors, marketers, and other creatives on multimedia projects.
Collaboration & Creative Strategy:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts that support marketing and business strategies, while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
- In this role, you will create visually cohesive brand experiences, produce engaging motion content that drives audience engagement, and help evolve the brand’s creative expression while maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in brand design, motion design, or a related creative role.
- Portfolio:A strong portfolio showcasing both brand identity work and motion graphics/animation projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Nice to Have:
- Advanced Motion Skills: Experience with 3D motion tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Digital Product Awareness: Knowledge of UI/UX principles and designing for digital products.
- Campaign Experience: Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
