• We are looking for a Beauty Consultant for our skincare brand, ALOE HOUSE. In this role, you will connect with customers, provide expert beauty consultations, andconfidently promote and sellour premium Aloe Vera-based products. To help you sell, you will also provide facial services using our products to demonstrate their effectiveness and build customer trust.

What we're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, beauty retail, or a related customer-facing role with sales targets. Experience in skincare or cosmetics sales is a strong advantage.
• HND or Bachelor's Degree inany field/discipline.
• Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products to drive sales.
• Genuine interest in skincare and helping customers achieve their beauty goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales.
• Comfortable and willing to perform facial and skincare consultations as a sales tool.Experience working in a spa or beauty retail shop that offers treatment is a major plus. We will provide training on our specific products, but a foundation in facial massage and application techniques is highly beneficial.

What You Will Do

• Maximize sales by actively promoting and selling ALOE HOUSE skincare products to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Offer exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to identify customer needs and recommend the perfect products.
• Perform facial service and product demonstrations to introduce, showcase, and promote our products. This is a key tool to enhance customer experience and close sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
• Support promotional activities, manage the day-to-day activities of the shop, ensure smooth operations, and maintain an attractive, well-stocked store environment.
