Digital Growth Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a Digital Growth officerwhose job will be todriveuser acquisition, engagement, and revenue by combining digital marketing, data analysis, and experimental funnel optimization.
- They will own own online growth metrics and scale our brand presence across web and social channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Funnel Optimization: Run A/B tests and experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention loops.
- Channel Management: Oversee SEO, SEM, paid social ads, email, and content campaigns.
- Data & Analytics: Track metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Strategy & Budget: Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaign spend.
- Cross-Functional Work: Partner with product, sales, and content teams to align growth goals.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools, CRM software, and ad managers (Meta/TikTok/Google Ads).
- Mindset: Highly analytical, creative problem solver, and data-driven.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
