Team Lead, Tailored Learning

Job Summary

• The Team Lead, Tailored Learning Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth through the design, commercialization, and delivery of customized learning solutions that address client-specific business, leadership, and capability development needs.
• The role leads client engagement, solution design, programme delivery, and business development initiatives while positioning the organization as a trusted learning partner across the financial and non-financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Tailored Learning Solutions:

• Lead training needs assessments and competency gap analyses for clients.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized learning interventions aligned with client business objectives.
• Develop industry-relevant learning curricula, case studies, and capability-building solutions.

Academy & Certification Programmes:

• Drive the development and growth of the organization Academy offerings and tailored certification programmes.
• Ensure programmes remain aligned with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging skills requirements.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, learning solutions, and client presentations.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across target sectors.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and manage strategic client relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on learning, talent, and capability development solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Programme Delivery & Impact Measurement:

• Monitor learning outcomes, business impact, and return on learning investment.
• Oversee end-to-end programme execution and quality assurance
• Lead faculty, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional learner experiences.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Education, Social Sciences, or related discipline. M.Scdegree an added advantage
• PMP, CIPD, CIPM, SHRM, ACIB, ACCA, or related professional certification is an advantage
• 6–8 years' experience in Learning & Development, Consulting, Talent Development, Corporate Training, or Business Development
• Instructional Design, Curriculum Design & Development, Training Needs Analysis, Consulting, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, learning technologies, and business analytics tools.

N13,600,000 - N14,900,000 Gross Annually.
