Production Lead

Job Summary
- We're looking for an experienced and proactive Production Lead to oversee our production process, lead the tailoring team and ensure every order is delivered with the highest standards of quality, accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Plan and manage the entire production workflow from fabric sourcing to final delivery, ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise and motivate the tailoring team, assign tasks based on skill level and monitor productivity and performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality checks at every stage - measurements, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing - maintaining TrulyAsake's high standards.
- Order Management: Track all orders, ensure correct specifications, manage timelines and communicate updates effectively.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production challenges quickly, implement practical solutions and prevent recurring issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve overall production output.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, procurement, quality control and client experience teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in fashion production and tailoring management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. Deep understanding of garment construction, fitting and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-driven.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about fashion and committed to the TrulyAsake brand values.
Remuneration
Very competitive pay (based on experience and ability).
