JOB OBJECTIVE(S)

• Faciliate staff onboarding process
• Manage staff documentation and filing processes

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires
• Maintain physical & electronic records of staff documentation.
• Liaise with HRBPs on outstanding documentation in staff files
• Manage background check process
• Ensure outsourced members of staff are confirmed on due date.
• Ensure safe keeping of staff files
• Ensure resolution or escalation of employee’s complaints within 48 hours.
• Provide periodic reports on confirmation status
• Other official tasks assigned
