Project Support Officer

We are seeking sixteen (16) smart, agile, and detail oriented Project Support Officers to join an ongoing business project on a three (3)-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for recent graduates awaiting NYSC, as well as individuals seeking holiday or short-term employment. Successful candidates will support field validation, data reconciliation, and reporting activities, working both in the field and in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field spot-checks to validate project activities and ensure compliance with defined standards.
• Perform system-based data validation and identify inconsistencies requiring resolution.
• Make outbound calls to verify information and confirm data accuracy.
• Review, analyse, and reconcile data using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
• Document findings and prepare validation reports.
• Escalate identified issues and support timely resolution.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the project team as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
• Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to undertake field assignments when required.
• Able to work independently and meet project timelines.

The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing office-based analysis with hands-on field work. They must be able to work with minimal supervision, communicate clearly, and consistently meet tight project timelines.
