E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growing digital sales and content team.
• This is not just a social media management role.We are looking for someone who understands how to use e-commerce, digital marketing, content, social media, customer engagement and data to generate measurable sales.
• The successful candidate will take ownership of our online sales channels, develop strategies to increase revenue, lead a three-member digital team, improve their productivity, and build a stronger digital sales engine for the business.
• You should be someone who looks at a social media post, website visit, customer enquiry or campaign and asks:
• “How can this generate more sales?”

What You Will Do For Us

• Manage and grow the company’s online sales channels, improve website performance and conversion, and develop strategies to increase online revenue.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across social media, website, email, WhatsApp and other relevant channels to drive leads, conversions and sales.
• Lead the development of high-quality, sales-focused content including videos, product photography, product education, demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee online enquiries, complaints, email marketing, newsletters and WhatsApp campaigns while developing strategies to convert prospects and retain customers.
• Lead, manage, train and develop the three-member digital team, set clear targets, improve productivity and ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned responsibilities.
• Monitor website sales, social media performance, leads, conversions, campaigns and other key KPIs, using data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Take ownership of monthly digital sales targets, develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue expectations, and ensure the team operates with a strong sales and results-driven mindset.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce and Social Media Management , Content creation, Online Marketing and Sales
• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of how digital platforms can be used to generate sales.
• Understand website management and online product merchandising.
• Have strong knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
• Have practical experience with video content creation, editing, paid ads and organic traffic generation
• Understand email marketing, newsletters and WhatsApp marketing.
• Be comfortable working with revenue targets, digital analytics and performance reports.
• Have experience developing and executing campaigns with measurable results.
• Be able to manage and motivate three-member team.
• Be proactive, strategic and highly execution-focused.
• Be able to identify problems and independently develop solutions.
• Have excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Have a strong understanding of consumer technology, gadgets or a willingness to quickly learn the products.
