Sales Executives

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing.
- Property Tours: Show homes, land, or commercial spaces to interested buyers.
- Negotiation: Act as the middle person between buyers and sellers to agree on a fair price.
- Market Research: Study local housing trends and competitor prices to advise clients.
- CRM Management: Keep clear records of all client interactions and sales progress in the company database.
- Closing Deals: Help prepare paperwork, coordinate inspections, and finalize payments
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree or B.Sc with 5 - 15 years working experience.
Salary
N300,000 - N800,000 per month.
