State Business Executive
70000 NGN per monthStable Shield Solutions LTD
The State Business Representative shall serve as the Company's authorized representative in the designated State and shall represent the interests of the Company in all official business, engagements, and matters relating to the Company's operations within that State. The State Business Representative shall be entitled to a monthly retainer of ₦70,000.00 (Seventy Thousand Naira Only), payable in accordance with the Company's payment policies. In addition, where the State Business Representative originates or facilitates the procurement of any project or business opportunity that is successfully secured by the Company, he shall be entitled to a 10% commission on the value of the Company's service fee or other commission earned from such project, subject to the Company's commission policy and applicable contractual terms. The Company shall reimburse the State Business Representative for all reasonable and duly approved transportation expenses incurred in the course of carrying out official assignments within the designated State, provided that appropriate supporting documents are submitted. Where the State Business Representative is required by the Company to travel outside his designated State on official business, the Company shall bear the reasonable costs of transportation, accommodation, and feeding for the duration of such official assignment, subject to the Company's travel and expense policy.
