Field Sales Representative

About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth for a company specialising in the distribution of high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products.
- This role involves direct client engagement, market research, and hands-on sales tactics to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities; build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
- Manage a client portfolio, providing tailored solutions and post-sale support.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans; track performance via CRM.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
- Submit regular reports on sales activity and forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven field sales experience, ideally in trading or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to travel within the sales territory.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 + performance-based commission + Incentives.
