Job Summary

• We are seeking ambitious, energetic, and goal-driven graduates to join our Graduate Development Program in Direct Sales, Consumer Lending, and POS Sales.
• This program is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical banking sales experience, customer relationship management skills, and a solid foundation in financial services.
• Successful candidates will receive structured training, hands-on coaching, and career development opportunities while driving the acquisition of customers, promoting financial products, and contributing to business growth across designated branches in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales:

• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services.
• Market and sell savings, current, and other financial products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct field marketing and business development activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Consumer Lending:

• Promote consumer loan products to eligible individuals and businesses.
• Source qualified loan prospects through direct marketing and referrals.
• Guide customers through the loan application process.
• Follow up on submitted applications until disbursement.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with lending policies.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

POS Sales:

• Market and onboard merchants for POS terminal deployment.
• Identify businesses requiring payment solutions.
• Support merchants during POS installation and activation.
• Educate merchants on effective POS usage and available digital payment services.
• Monitor merchant activity and provide after-sales support.
• Drive merchant retention and transaction growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• NYSC completion certificate or valid exemption letter is required.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned locations.
