Job Summary
- Rydal Mews Limited is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Market and sell the company's real estate products and services.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close property transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
