Sales executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving the company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified sales leads.
• Promote and sell WEPHCO's real estate products and investment opportunities.
• Conduct client presentations, inspections, and site visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely client engagement.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
• Represent WEPHCO at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
