Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Job summary
The role-holder will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities while managing long-term strategic relationships with key clients across public and private sectors. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with strong experience in enterprise ICT solutions, B2B sales, and complex deal closure.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive acquisition of large enterprise clients across private and public sectors
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Strategic Account Management:
Manage and grow high-value enterprise accounts in the private and public sector
Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across solutions
Business Development & Partnerships:
Develop strong pipelines through networking and market intelligence
Engage with enterprise ecosystems, government agencies, and partners
Represent Cyberspace at executive meetings and industry events
Solution Selling & Customer Engagement:
Translate customer needs into tailored ICT and digital solutions
Collaborate with technical teams on proposals and solution design
Lead presentations, negotiations, and deal structuring
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
Provide market insights to inform strategy and product positioning
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of proven experience in enterprise or ICT solutions sales.
- HND (Upper Credit/with a post-graduate degree)/ Bachelor’s degree (First Class, Second Class Upper, Second Class lower with a post-graduate degree) in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong track record of closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling telecoms, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage at executive/C-level
- Strong commercial acumen and result-driven mindset
- A strong, established network and a deep understanding of the Abuja IT market.
