- We are looking for an ambitious and high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record in real estate sales to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct marketing.
- Market and sell the Company's real estate products and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases to promote the Company's offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
