• The ideal candidate is a creative, energetic and digitally savvy person to elevate Agusto & Co.'s online presence and support business growth through impactful digital marketing. The successful candidate will create compelling content, manage our social media platforms, increase brand visibility, grow online engagement, and generate quality business leads.

SCOPE OF THE JOB

• Drive Agusto & Co.'s digital presence by enhancing brand awareness, thought leadership and engagement across all digital platforms
• Develop and manage compelling digital content that promotes the company's products, services, research, events and corporate initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Leverage digital marketing initiatives to generate leads, strengthen client engagement, support marketing campaigns and contribute to the achievement of business development objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the company's digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, the company website and other digital channels.
• Translate research, ratings, consulting insights and company activities into compelling digital content.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to enquiries where appropriate.
• Grow the company's online community and increase brand visibility through organic and paid campaigns.
• Support the promotion of company events, publications, training programmes and thought leadership initiatives.
• Maintain the company website by ensuring content is current and relevant.
• Track digital performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ideas to improve online visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Good understanding of finance and its concepts.
• 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts is required.
• Experience in B2B, financial services or professional services is an added advantage.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

• Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and social media analytics.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
