KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple hospitality brands.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive hotel bookings, apartment enquiries, restaurant reservations, F&B sales, events, and cloud kitchen orders.
• Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and implement SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, remarketing, and customer retention initiatives.
• Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Support influencer, digital partnership, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor website performance, Google Business Profiles, digital listings, and online visibility.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports covering leads, bookings, orders, traffic, conversions, and digital revenue.
• Translate digital performance data into actionable commercial recommendations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Business Profile, and TikTok Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing digital marketing across multiple brands or locations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
• A creative, proactive, customer-focused, and commercially minded approach.
