Role Description

• We are seeking a Brand and Growth Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy and support business growth across Goldlex Legal and Goldlex Services.
• The role covers brand management, business development support, digital presence, content, strategic communications and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, commercially aware and able to turn ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement consistent brand and communication strategies.
• Manage content across social media, blogs, newsletters, legal alerts and other relevant channels.
• Manage the businesses' digital presence, including websites, social media, SEO and online reputation.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for thought leadership, media features, partnerships and external visibility.
• Support business development, client engagement and pitch materials.
• Plan and execute brand and growth campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, audience behaviour and competitors.
• Track marketing and growth performance and provide regular reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Law or a related field.
• 1–4 years' experience in brand management, growth, marketing or business development, preferably in professional services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with content marketing, social media, graphic design and digital marketing tools.
• Strong skills in content writing and campaign management.
• Strong research, coordination and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business growth.
• Proactive, creative and able to work independently.
• Experience in professional services, legal, technology or B2B businesses is an advantage.
