Role Overview

• Help Akenn turn its travel expertise, destinations and experiences into content, campaigns and measurable business opportunities.
• This isn’t simply a social-media posting role; we’re looking for someone who understands content, digital marketing, audience behaviour and lead generation.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute content across Akenn’s key digital channels, in line with business and campaign objectives.
• Plan and maintain the content calendar in line with business and campaign objectives.
• Create compelling copy, content concepts and campaign ideas for travel audiences.
• Coordinate the production of social media, website, email and promotional content.
• Run effective paid digital campaigns and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
• Track meaningful metrics including reach, engagement, enquiries and leads, and use the data to improve campaigns.
• Research travel trends, target audiences, competitors and content opportunities.
• Develop campaigns that support specific business objectives, including lead generation and promotion of travel products.
• Maintain consistency in Akenn’s brand voice, positioning and visual direction.
• Work closely with the Sales and Travel teams to understand customer insights and translate them into better marketing.
• Test new content and digital approaches and make practical recommendations based on results.
