Job Summar y
- We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations of a leading pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, staff relations, performance management support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Facilitate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries and support staff relations activities
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor regulations
- Support general HR administrative activities and prepare HR reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labor laws
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other HR tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team
- Must reside close to Abule Ado, Satellite Town, Lagos.
