HR Executive

Job title : HR Executive

Jeroid Ltd is looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Executive to support the company's people operations and ensure effective management of the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR administration, and implementation of people policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure new hires have the necessary documentation, equipment, access, and information.
• Manage attendance, punctuality, leave, and employee records.
• Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information.
• Track employee changes including new hires, promotions, salary adjustments, resignations, and exits.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Work with managers and team leads to establish and monitor employee KPIs.
• Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, benefits, HMO, wellness programs, and other staff engagement activities.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
• Support disciplinary and performance improvement processes in line with company policy.
• Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian employment and statutory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation of HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and technology.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
