- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support People functions including, Talent acquisition and management,Employee relations and engagement, and Compliance.
- The ideal candidate will support the organization's people strategy while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Process leave administration.
- Provide administrative support to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Package including Excel, Word etc.
- Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
