The HR Officer will be responsible for carrying out the core duties associated with the position and applying the specialist knowledge and skills identified in the recruitment brief.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Do

• Support the school's human resources operations, including recruitment and employee administration.
• Assist with implementing HR policies and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Support payroll-related processes and ensure relevant information is maintained accurately.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Provide administrative support for employee relations and other HR processes.
• Apply sound HR practice and contribute to a professional and well-organised workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Education / Qualification: BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum Experience: 5 years
• Special Skills / Training: CIPM certification an advantage, recruitment, HR policy, payroll knowledge
