- Support the Conferences Manager in end-to-end planning, sponsorship sales, and delivery of BusinessDay's flagship and sector conferences
- Drive sponsor and delegate acquisition, building strong relationships with corporate partners and repeat sponsors
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality event delivery
- Support revenue and cash target achievement for the conferences unit
- Lead and coordinate a team of sales executives, providing coaching and performance oversight
- Prepare post-event reports, including revenue, attendance, and ROI analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or events/conferences management
- Proven track record of revenue generation and sponsor/client relationship management
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
