- Drive revenue growth by securing clients and expanding existing business relationships.
- Win and manage major contracts across service areas.
- Develop commercial pricing strategies in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Monitor tender opportunities, prequalification exercises, RFQs/RFPs and other commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, finance and management teams to develop competitive proposals.
- Drive departmental KPIs and ensure business growth targets are achieved.
- Lead the preparation, review and submission of technical and commercial proposals/bids.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with technical and commercial partners.
- Represent the company at technical meetings, presentations, conferences and seminars.
- Prepare periodic business development reports to management.
- Build a strong professional network within and beyond the sector.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc or Masters in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering or related fields. (Professional certification is an added advantage)
- 7 years’ experience and above in Business Development and Tendering within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience/track record of securing contracts.
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial tender requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Established industry network and relationship management capability.
- Must reside in Lagos.
