- Oversees the day-to-day operations of Carew Couture and coordinates all departments.
- Responsible for staff management, production oversight, meetings, records and ensuring deadlines and company standards are met.

- Strong leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be confident using a laptop, email and Microsoft Office.
