Skincare Specialist

About the Role
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Skincare Specialist to join a skincare store located at 161 Ekoro Road, Abulegba.
- The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of skincare products, be able to communicate fluently with customers, and be genuinely ready to commit to the role on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Have a good understanding of skincare products and be able to recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a welcoming and organised store environment.
- Monitor product availability and notify management when stock is running low.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to the agreed working hours.
Requirements
- Must have good knowledge of skincare products and skincare routines.
- Must be able to communicate fluently and confidently with customers.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and willing to work.
- Must be available to work the required hours.
- Must demonstrate a genuine commitment to the role and be willing to stay for the long term.
- Candidates who anticipate leaving the role shortly due to school or other commitments may not be considered.
- Must reside within close proximity to the store at 161 Ekoro Road, Abulegba.
- Candidates living far from the store will not be considered due to the working hours and location.
- The candidate’s current residential location must be clearly stated on the CV.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
