Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms).
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.
- Design and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified leads for cleaning, fumigation, facility management, landscaping, and related services.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across digital platforms.
- Monitor messages, comments, and online inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
- Update and maintain the company website and online business profiles.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert digital leads into clients.
- Capture and publish project updates, before-and-after cleaning photos, testimonials, and company activities.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand identity and values.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in social media followers and engagement.
- Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
- Website traffic and conversion rates.
- Performance of paid advertising campaigns (ROI).
- Consistency in content publishing.
- Growth in online brand awareness.
- Number of contracts generated through digital marketing.
- Timely submission of marketing reports.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 5 years experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent social media management skills.
- Content creation and copywriting.
- Graphic design using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing for social media content.
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- SEO and basic website management knowledge.
- Email marketing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
