Social Media & Content Manager (Graphics Design & Content Creation)

Role Summary

The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the Company's digital presence across all social media platforms. The role combines social media management, content creation, graphic design, copywriting, and basic video editing to create engaging content that strengthens the Company's brand, increases audience engagement, generates leads, and supports the marketing objectives of all business units.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across all Company platforms.
• Manage the Company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Schedule, publish, and manage content consistently.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative ideas to improve visibility and engagement.
• Respond professionally and promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Build and nurture an active online community.

Content Creation

• Create engaging, original, and creative content aligned with the Company's brand and marketing objectives.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and social media content.
• Cover company events, product launches, projects, and corporate activities through digital storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for all business units.

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the Company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Produce creative visual assets that effectively communicate products and services.

Video Editing & Multimedia

• Edit engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and event highlights.
• Add captions, transitions, animations, music, and motion graphics where necessary.
• Optimize video content for various social media platforms.

Brand & Digital Marketing

• Maintain consistency in the Company's visual identity and messaging across all digital channels.
• Support digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Recommend creative ideas to improve campaign performance and online visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly reports on audience growth, engagement, reach, content performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, graphic design projects, and digital content.
• Experience managing corporate or business social media accounts.

Reporting Line

The Social Media & Content Manager will report directly to the Executive Assistant, Marketing Manager, or Managing Director, depending on the organizational structure.
