Digital Communications & Creative Content Manager

Oredian Education Resources Limited (OERL), a leading education consultancy and international education services company, invites applications from suitably qualified, innovative and highly motivated professionals for the position of Digital Communications & Creative Content Manager .

The Role

The successful candidate will lead the Company's digital communication, branding and online marketing initiatives, strengthen its digital presence, promote its products and services, manage its website and create compelling multimedia content that drives visibility, engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and implement digital communication and marketing strategies.
• Manage all the Company's social media platforms and online communities.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, reels, animations, photographs and other multimedia content.
• Design professional promotional and branding materials.
• Plan, execute and optimise online advertising campaigns.
• Manage and update the Company's website, including backend content administration.
• Improve the Company's online visibility through effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
• Monitor digital performance using analytics and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support the promotion of the Company's programmes, events, conferences and corporate activities.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in digital communications, digital marketing, branding or a similar role.
• Demonstrable competence in:
  • Social media management.
  • Digital marketing and online advertising.
  • Graphic design and creative content development.
  • Photography, videography and video editing.
  • Website administration and content management.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
  • Digital analytics and performance reporting.
  • Effective use of AI-powered digital communication and productivity tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong creativity, organisational ability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
